• We are not responsible for any additional fees, such as customs or import duties, for international orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• Note, we have a limit for Cash On Delivery. It's is maximum Rs 5000 on selected pin codes in India only.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible products within 15 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Non-returnable items include personalized products, software, or items marked as final sale.
